Santander Bank Branch

My ATM card was eaten by their ATM at which time they contacted me to let me know they have the card but I was unable to go to the bank to retrieve it right away. The following day there were three fraudulent charges on that card. I went to the branch as instructed to receive reimbursement and they told me it would be 45 days! They (Middleton) are the ones that had the card! I have been with this bank for 35 years when it started as Arlington bank then Shawmut then Sovereign, and now Santander which is the absolute worst, and I will never bank here again, and Im changing all my accounts to a more reputable and professional institution.

I made a deposit of 5 checks all from different tenants. One rent check was from a bank of America cashier's check. The teller who was a trainee had to get the manager to approve the deposit which she did sign off on. The teller input the account number for the cashier's check as the same as a tenants personal account so that one tenant paid for 2 rents. 5 DAYS later still not corrected. The manager FAILED and should be FIRED BEWARE as soon as this is corrected, I am outta this bank.

If I could give a o0review for the branch manager I would. Unhelpful, arrogant and just nasty when we tried to close an account with proper paperwork.

Rude employees don't acknowledge you when u come in manager on her cell phone laughing likes she's on a personal text gives u a rude look like ur bothering her
