Dana has been excellent to work with. I started my business last year and signed up with other firms that just did not attend to my needs. Basically they all ignored me. Being a new business owner, I am hands on and thankfully so is Dana. Thanks to Dana, I finally have my arms around my business. He helps when I make mistakes and comes up with solutions to get us back on track. Best thing is that I am learning how to manage with my accounting software. Not just a tax guy. He is a teacher as well. So thankful :)

I had a horrible experience with this company. When I first spoke with Dana he said that he was very hands on and easy to get in touch with; provided a personalized experience. Early in the year I got in touch to start the process. I provided everything they needed in a timely manner (in February). In March I contacted to get an update, was told it was being worked on. Again at the end of March and was told the same thing but they added they had hundreds of other returns that were also being worked on. Finally in early April I started emailing, texting and calling almost daily. At this point I stopped receiving responses and no one ever answered the phone. The day before federal taxes were due I tried one last time and finally got a nonchalant response from Dana that it was mostly done but they had hundreds of other returns they were working on so I had to be patient. I mentioned that it was the day before taxes were due and I had no idea if they were filing an extension or basically anything that was happening. I said I would no longer need his services as it seemed as though nothing had been done. Dana said it would be difficult for me to find someone else so last minute, to which I agreed. He then went on to say that because I "threatened" to walk away he would still do it but would need me to pay money up front. At this point the conversation was over and he was no longer employed. Watch out for this one.

It began by me uploading my documents on March 7th and 12th. There was no indication that they had too much to handle. A month goes by and I don't hear anything so I reach out. Few days ago by and no response. This repeats a few times until the week leading up to tax deadline. Now I'm contacting them any way possible until finally Dana answers. He explains that there is no way they will be done by the deadline and for me to make federal payment if I think I owe. I state I do owe but not sure how much. He told me to look into my "Crystal ball" and "guess" how much I owe and pay that. This is no lie. Then says he will reach out next week to finish it up. Weeks go by and nothing. I hired someone else. Because I was late, I had to pay $180 in fees. Never again!

Was sitting here applying for something with my taxes out and it made me want to write a review of this place. Dana is Unbelievably patient and attentive. And that was with me being short with him on my end. We all know taxes can be stressful, and he handled things masterfully. Never lost his cool with me, even though unfortunately I can't claim the same. He has won my respect and lifelong business.
