Every once in a while you come across a Service Company whose people actually care about quality Customer Service. Specialized H&A found a problem with our gas furnace and they did a superb job of diagnosing and repairing it. Their Tech showed a dedication to quality that's hard to come by, and the owner of the company was right there to back him up, and they got the job done - which went into the night. Let me start by stating that I am a very particular homeowner. Russ is a man of his word, and he does great work. Our AC system (SpacePak) was on its "last legs" (23+ years) this past summer - and Russ just updated our system in 2 days. There aren't enough great things I can say about this company. Our boiler crapped the bed 1 year after buying the house in 2014. Called Specialized, they replaced everything in a day or two. Don't have a lot of issues with our furnace now but when we do they come right out within the day. I've never seen a company take such good care of their customers. I'd give it 10 starts if I could.
