        Admittedly, I'm shocked by the negative reviews - they are the complete opposite of my experience. I've ordered several deliveries over the past years, and the experience has always been the same: 1. Very warm and pleasant representative. 2. Very helpful in choosing the best arrangement. 3. Quick and painless ordering. 4. Same day delivery on short notice. 5. Product is the same or better than pictured online. In essence, the whole process was quick and smooth. My sister and mother have enjoyed all the arrangements that have been delivered.
