We had flooding and a pipe crack over the past year that caused major water damage. In both instances Aspen came asap and did a great job mitigating the damage. They also use green cleaners that are good on the lungs! Working through insurance was easy as well. Highly recommend using James, Damien, and their entire team! They were super responsive to every question, highly recommended!

It's a pleasure to work with a company that prioritizes customer service and quality. James from Aspen handled the project at my house. From responding to my initial request for a quote, to the inspection and quoting (he came out on a Saturday to ensure my request was handled quickly), through to the conclusion of the work he and his team were top notch. They were exceedingly professional, always quick and on the spot with my concerns and questions, and thorough. Really can't say enough about these guys. 10/10

Josias and team were great at dealing with 3 areas of mold in my basement. I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency of their work. They also did a great job communicating. I gave a 4/5 because I had a lot of issues working with the ASPEN team to get an appointment. 3-4 times no one showed up for the initial scope of work and then I had to call back several times to make sure that they were working with my insurance company (which still has not been resolved even though they said they would take care of this.
