      image I just had a horrible experience with your company. 1st my appointment was set without my consent, then your driver didnt make the appointment. Then my appointment was rescheduled for today between 1000-1400 and the driver called me at 1415 which is not a big deal but then the driver cops an attitude with my wife saying he had been there for half an hour and just unloaded shipment onto the sidewalk. Absolutely terrible.

Home delivery customers who would prefer to sign for their deliveries must make arrangements directly with the point of purchase.

      image The man who helped me load my item was great, everyone else that I talked with prior to him, they need to find jobs they can actually do correctly...nobody seems to know what is going on in that company!
