Very disappointed at this place today you wont see me here again. I waited about 10min on the drive thru then I spoke to the speaker and said is anyone taking orders no one answer me I drove my van to the window and here I meet this person. The first thing she tells me this van the speakers or headset wont work. I told her thats strange because I come here a lot I never had that issue then she tells me if she would have seen me from the window I told her I was there for 10min so clearly she is not paying attention then she said what do you want. at this point I had enough so I told her I dont need anything. NO hard feelings but she needs to be retrained on customer service like soon. I have worked for Wendys I became a Shift Manager and at Papa Johns I was the General Manager. I have at least 10 years or more in the fast food service. Believe me my customers loved me the owner of that franchise is still my friend today.
