        I've been a patient here for years through the VA and they are professional, courteous, provide reminders and accommodate my schedule. Definitely recommend for custom orthotics.

        Unprofessional, they will tell you that they can customize a brace but after 3 weeks they want to wake you buy a ready made one

        I recently went into this business for a wrist brace per the insurance . Poor customer service , as soon as we walked in we were told no walkins, provided insurance info then told we would need a referral , i had the prescription from the dr. For the brace ,just needed to try one on . She refused to help us . We grabbed our paperwork and went to Conlins Pharmacy where i paid for my brace and was in and out in 10 minutes. Would not go back , not worth it .
