Will never do business at this location. Other than the fact I've been to it 3 times and they've been closed. Hours say 9-7:30 or 8. I do alot of my research and shopping online as probably most people do. So I know what I want to purchase. I was looking to switch my cell phone carrier and want to take advantage of all the promotions being offered right now. They are offerring for new customers to switch from another carrier to Metro a free phone with  $40 monthly plan. Advertised all over the website, radio and stores. Everywhere. So when I tried to buy thu the websiteit told me that I had to finish my purchase at the store (location that I was closest to was Jackson st). So when I went into the store to finish my purchase.... Oh my lord!!!!  Not only did the person working there tell me that they have no ties or affiliation to the website... So they do not honor any prices or promos offered through it. Then he tried to upcharge me with the phone plan and activation fee, he was trying to charge me $27 in taxes on a $40 monthly plan+ $20 activation fee??? He was trying to charge me $97 for me to switch to MetroPCS, with the free phone and monthly plan. I asked him why was it so high if I was getting the $40 plan+$20 activation fee? He tried to spin some bullshit about how I have to get the $50 monthly plan to qualify for the free phone and the activation fee is actually $22 and the rest is taxes. So why do they offer all these promotions if you can't actually get them?? I knew he was full of shit when he couldn't get the math right when I asked about itemizing the bill . So needless to say that I will be bringing my business somewhere else and buyer beware because I know that they make commission at these stores so don't get okey doked by a shady employee trying to overcharge you when you set up your service. Ask for a detailed or itemized bill or contract. So stupid bro!! Get yourmath straight before trying to rip off a customer because you never know if they've work or have worked making commission as well!
