Ive read some reviews and apparently back then it use to be bad and now its good but Ill just say its bad. I get they are busy at times. But I was trying to get a car. Waiting in the room with one of the employees. He pretty much had me sitting there for hours with my son that was on and off crying. While he was just calling and dealing with other situations. Not to mention. Other customers and other employees constantly walking in and out the room. I was not the only customer that was getting impatient. Eventually he stepped outside to deal with the other customers. And I was waiting and waiting. With my son crying and getting tired. Hours and hours of waiting and my son getting irritated to only tell me he will contact me to see which vehicles Ill qualify for. I got a car before it doesnt really take that long to see which ones I can get. He Never called. I called for days on end and no one answered either. No hate or anything. Just felt like I wasted my time and wasnt taken care of. Even though he said I apparently qualified for a loan. The only good thing was an older man there was walking in to check on me to see if I wanted a drink. Other then that I pretty much shouldnt have went there. But waiting maybe 5-6 hours for nothing is ridiculous.
