Took 6 months to file my taxes. At 5 months I emailed them for follow up they told me they were in final stages of review. For another month I sent routine follow up emails and made a phone call. magically when I called the taxes were only a half hour from bing done. There was however no hesitation to charge me for this service nearly three times what others do. Im not the type to leave a bad review but I am irate with the poor quality of service provided for such a premium.

Aggressive, poor customer service. Refuses to immediately fix their known error on a return, and deflects that it is someone else's fault. Find a CPA who knows how to build working relationships.
