I went to the leasing office to get my parking pass and was told by a man in the office that they did not have any at the time and he photocopied my registration and told me Im all set and will get one when they had them. A week later my car gets towed on a Friday night due to no parking pass with no follow up from the office. Did not realize my car was gone until Saturday night with no emergency number to talk to anyone to find out where my car was towed. Police department had no idea who towed my car when calling them and I had to spend my Sunday morning calling around to find my car. It was a $280 tow, and the fact the building has a specific company to come tow vehicles with no email to residents or signs until AFTER the incident on who the company is, is ridiculous. All I got from the office was a $100 credit off my rent and blame to everything except themselves with them ending our conversation stating they did not believe me to have given my registration to one of their staff members since they managed to lose the photocopy. Packages have been getting stolen with no more than an Im sorry from staff despite having cameras in the mail room/package room. To fix this issue they started using an app that gives you an access code to the package room to be able to retrieve it. Was told by one staff member the app was faulty and not all the residents are on it. Another staff member argued to say the app was fine and it was on the delivery drivers to scan packages and then realized I was not in the system attached to the doors despite signing up on the app on my phone. Still no follow up to this to get into the mailroom to receive my packages without having a staff member let me in. While we have had a few goods weeks lately, the fire alarms have such a bad habit of going off all times of the day, multiple times a day, and has happened so many times that my boyfriend and I do not leave our unit since we have cats that are scared we have to take apart our bed to get them out and by then, the alarms are shut off. Maintenance has entered our apartments without notice. Im on the top floor and my ceiling had a leak in it. It was repaired once and a few months later started leaking again in the same spot, when we scheduled the repairs we set up a 2 day window with a timeframe theyd come in to repair, no show those days and then the third day while Im at work and waiting for a break to follow up with the office on when this will get done, they walk right in while my boyfriend is in the shower. There have been other times where I leave to run a quick errand, leaving my door unlocked to come back and find it locked with no information that someone from the building was going to be entering my apartment. I work overnights now, and Im uncomfortable with the fact that they have no issues walking in with no notice where I could be asleep in my bed. The trash pickup is only one day a week for the trash room, paying no mind to excess trash over holidays etc where trash ends up overflowing into the hallway because theres so much garbage in the trash room you cant even get inside. I hate to be a complainer but for this building to charge prices almost as expensive as tuscan village apartments for this type of experience is crazy. I wanted to save a bit of money but a couple hundred dollars a month is worth paying in salem nh where their office staff is actually competent on preventing and fixing any potential issues. (Which Ive never had over there)

I recently had an emergency at my apartment and I am very satisfied with how Jason who heads our maintenance department handled our situation. We immediately received a call back and he scheduled everything to repair our bathroom ceiling. From the drywall repair to the painting - everything came out perfectly. The sub contractors that were here were pleasant and professional- exceptionally clean taking care not to leave any dust or repair scraps behind. My bathroom looks brand new!! Thank you so much.

The modern ghetto. Packages are stolen. Absolutely NO parking at night. Drunk obnoxious activity at all hours of the night as well as parties being thrown until morning leaving heavy weed smoke all over. Gina the lady in the office is an aHole to the maximum but the other lady is nice. Trash room piles up often. But living 2 minutes away from lawrence this should be expected. Also watch your step

Move here if you want to struggle to find parking, evacuate up to three times per day (including in the middle of the night) for the faulty fire alarm system-the fire department only sent one truck after the third alarm went off in hours. You can expect to have your packages stolen, no office staff/security to handle parties/noise complaints/non-sense in common areas (propping doors open leaving building unsecured). We have rats running around from unsanitary conditions in the trash room. There is no luxury living, or amenities (the pool is filled with loud partying guests, cant access electric car chargers, packages arent secure), no quiet enjoyment the only luxury is the price to live here. Im sick of apologies and empty promises from office staff. The office staff is hardly here and takes many early days/weekends off.

I thought the fire alarms going off multiple times a week or day was bad, I thought maintenance walking into our room without notice was bad. I thought our Amazon packages getting stolen was bad. But this place manages to get worse. My girlfriends car got towed. She gave the place her registration and information to get a parking sticker. They had run out and said not to worry we will take down your info. she ended up getting towed for no sticker tried to call the emergency line and it was an answering service in Maryland with no way of contacting the property management company. It is a Saturday night and the office doesnt open until Tuesday due to the holiday. I will be wasting my Sunday spending it calling every tow place in the area. Loop83 better do the right thing and make this right with reimbursement for the wrongful tow, however given everything thats happened, I doubt it. All we have gotten is sorry for everything bad thats happened.
