Unfortunately, the site won't allow me to leave zero stars. I was very disappointed!! Let me start this by saying I spent most of last Saturday waiting for another glass company to show up at my house to replace my windshield, which they never did!! I called and spoke with a person here the following Monday morning, Oct 2nd and was told I needed to give them my VIN number so they could order the correct windshield. I called back with the VIN, and they offered me an appointment for Friday Oct 6th at 12:30. I took that appointment and put in for the day off. I showed up at 12:20 on that day to find two people eating their lunch. I said, " I have an appointment at 12:30 to have my windshield replaced!" It was all downhill from there! They were not expecting anyone! They both looked around until they found the paperwork with my VIN on a person's desk, who they then mentioned had been out sick since Monday. I cannot comment on the quality of their technical work, because no one ordered my windshield, and they couldn't do any work, but their office organization and customer Care/Consideration are Horrible!! I already lost one vacation day and still have a broken windshield. It's probably going to cost me another vacation day to hopefully get it replaced.

Gotta teach your people driving your trucks to not block bike lanes/pedestrian cross walks and obey no right on red signs, especially when driving large dangerous vehicles.

Melrose Glass Co helped me out with a small piece that I needed to fix a door. They were extremely kind, excellent customer service. Also I was super impressed by the photos in the office of huge jobs they've done. Will recommend to anyone needing glass work, small or large. Thanks again Melrose Glass Co.

We have been drilled by our parents to do business locally within our community and this has served us well. We needed new glass for our patio door and called Melrose Glass. They quickly quoted a price and sent a fellow over to measure. We got the call the glass was in. Yippee! Matthew and Anthony came out immediately. They were polite, friendly, and professional. Showed us what they did and did a thorough cleanup. What more can you ask for. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time researching. Go straight to Melrose Glass. You wont regret it.
