Mariah and her team were so thoughtful and kind to us and our puppy who came to the store this morning. They showed us around and helped us locate everything we were looking for. They were so knowledgeable and showed us the daycare area, which we cant wait to get our pup there to start socializing! They listened to all our needs and questions, we cant wait to go back!

Avoid this store like it was Covid-19! I've been a a customer of this store since it was Especially for Pets and it has gone down hill ever since. I've tried to stay "loyal" but often times they don't have the dog food I use and today was the last straw. I have a 12+ year-old dog with severe joint and arthritis issues. I bring her here to have her nails trimmed every month or two (if they have a groomer on staff that is). It's difficult for my dog to get in and out of the car and make trips like this and when I arrived for my appointment today, the manager told me the groomer Amber did not come in and "sorry but we can't do the nail trim", in short because I was the only appointment so it wasn't worth having the employee come in. No one called, texted or emailed me to cancel the appointment or try to reschedule. Complete disregard for my time and my pets well being. Pet products are pet products, what a makes a store unique or successful is the people, and believe me, the biggest problem here is the staff. This place is run horribly, from the manager to the employees, basically a bunch of inexperienced kids. I will not be back.
