Burger King - Closed

Terrible, not open when they say they are. Put in an order online at 9:05 come through at 9:15 and completely closed. No ones been here for hours it looks like. Now I have to get a refund and go somewhere else for dinner I guess

Store manager is nice. Building is pretty run down for a food place though. Im a little surprised I never see anyone here on such a busy road.

On my daily route in the morning I go here for breakfast or lunch. This morning I was turned away by an employee because she did not know how to put in the system for a side sausage. She told me that because she doesnt know how to do it I will have to buy a whole sandwich or she cant sell it to me cause she doesnt know how to do it. I have worked at BK in my teenage years and I also have had this order put in from this same BK on my regular route. The fact that I had to be denied my breakfast because this lady who says she is a manager could not input in the system cause she doesnt know how to is absurd. Also she took the order at the intercom for it and waited for me to get to the window to say she doesnt know how, so why take the order. On my afternoon route I will return to complain to the head management. I had to get my breakfast from a BK many miles away. Ridiculous.
