As we all know, dealing with insurance companies can be a difficult process. This was the case for my situation. The insurance was being funny with the money but A&M RENOVATIONS kept the whole process stress free. They were always in direct communication with me via phone, text, & email. Issues or concerns on my end were always addressed promptly. The workers were polite and understanding seeing that my family was residing in the house throughout the restoration. I met the owner in a few occasions. He came out to the site to speak with me and check the progress of the project. I am pleased with the end results. I will be using them again for projects on the future. A&M Renovations exceeded our expectations in all categories; Alberto and his team were friendly, timely, efficient, and transparent about costs. While renovating our basement, they provided insight into picking the suitable options and making our space go from an average basement into a cozy work-from-home office space. Services they helped us with include window installation, drywall replacement, floor leveling, flooring installation, and painting. In a time when finding a reliable contractor is difficult, we feel extremely lucky to have found A&M.
