We went to Jens homebuyers class in Medford in January and were shocked at how much we learned and how helpful she was. It really felt like she was there to educate and not find new clients. She did not push us for details on our situation or commitment to use her as an agent. She did leave the door open for us when we are ready, and we have already reached out to her with questions. She actually also spent an hour and a half with us on the phone today going over our concerns in more detail. We couldnt be more appreciative for her openness, willingness to help, and knowledge! Jen came highly recommended by a good friend. From my first meeting with her, I felt comfortable with her guiding me through first time home buying. She shared the entire process, but focused on the immediate next steps that I would need to take. When I put in an offer, Jen spent so much time talking me through each step and making sure I understood what was happening, which was greatly appreciated. Jen's lender and attorney team (Katy and Will) were also extremely helpful throughout the process. Everyone always had time for me and answered all of my questions. At our first meeting, Jen told me that I would know when I'd found my new home and she was right! As soon as I walked into my new condo, I knew that it was where I wanted to live. I'm so excited to move into my new home and so grateful to Jen for making that happen!
