Randy from Big Blue came out to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. He was on time and professional. He clearly explained and fixed the problem. He took extra measures to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I thought the price was reasonable for the time, and I would definitely use this company again. I also thought that the staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful.

I've used Big Blue several times over the past 11 years and always had a fantastic experience. They are professional, responsive and pleasant. Kevin, Carrie and every technician I have met have all gone above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved as quickly as possible. There was even a time I called them for a service they didn't provide, but they very graciously gave me names of companies who could help me. This week I was once again impressed by them when I realized my AC wasn't working and emailed them overnight Monday. By Tuesday morning I had an appointment scheduled and Wednesday by 2pm my AC was fixed. As much as you don't want to have to call someone for repairs, it's good to know that you're in good hands with Big Blue.

We were being taken for a ride by another plumbing outfit. We could smell the BS so we called these guys out. Super efficient, knowledgeable, helpful receptionist. They saved us a ton of money and trouble. Very happy.

Just had valves replaced and a new faucet installed. Tenzin did a great job! He was friendly and professional, made sure to explain what he was doing, and had everything finished quickly. Very happy with the service and would definitely hire Big Blue again. Service: Faucet installation
