Had a great experience at Valvoline today. My check oil light went on and the date on the reminder sticker was Feb.so I went to the Medford location for the oil change. After asking me the mileage, the service person ( I wish I had his name for proper recognition) told me it was too soon. He checked to make sure the oil was good, filled my tires, wiper fluid and what ever other checks they do. He didn't charge me. He could have easily changed my oil and charge me and I would have never known. Thank you for your honesty!!!

It was awesome no waiting they knew what they were doing Quick Service showed me the dipstick they nailed it right on the fill line will definitely be coming back.
