Tufts Medical Center Community Care

Based off my experience Dr. Marie Angeli C. Adamczyk should not be in the in the medical field. Im not sure if shes racist or if she thinks shes superior just because shes a doctor, I would give 0 stars if I could, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff are rude and incapable of doing their jobs. Unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience when you are seeking healthcare, do not go here. This is applicable to the Primary department and the OBGYN Department.

Havent been able to find a Dr since Covid. Went through zocdoc and the closest Dr was over 50 miles away. I took the day off of work and drove the 53 miles to get there. Got there on time and while I was checking in to se Dr Parul Nagar I overheard her telling reception to cancel her last appointment. Absolutely unacceptable! Zero consideration for the patient. I reported it to zocdoc. I wouldnt spend time seeing this Dr when she has zero respect for her patients.

Went in for an appointment and they were great. Waited in the waiting area for a bit, but everything else went smoothly. The doctors are great. The staff were very friendly. The parking is hard to find at first, there is no parking out front, you have to go down a tiny street in the middle of two buildings then there is plenty of parking. You do have a little walk to take to get there. Overall good.

Horrible patient care...wondering if no one has sued these guys yet (I've a lot of respect for Doctors and Nurses, in general though). Had a scheduled appointment and the front desk lady (~moron) was suggesting about rescheduling it to more than a month later!! And the patient had been having chest pain (on the right side though). Really??? Does Tufts hires people from street and appoint them at such places?? Went to Urgent Care and found to have 2 broken ribs!! Just stay away from these illiterate!!
