Jeff is the consummate professional. His ability to ascertain our requirements, identify the most appropriate options, and explain the details and pros/cons was deeply appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Werner. He made my transition to Medicare and supplemental insurance so easy and smooth. Jeff explained all my options and helped me pick a plan that was a great fit for me. He then walked me through the actual sign up for my supplemental and drug plan. We did a three-way call with the insurance company, thankfully Jeff was there when the insurance company asked questions I wasnt quite sure how to answer. It couldnt have gone smoother. Jeff then went above and beyond helping me with my husbands private insurance when the private insurance canceled my husbands plan one month before he was eligible for Medicare and I couldnt get the insurance company to understand. I called Jeff to see if he had any suggestions, he again got on another three-way call with the private insurance company and he helped me get to the correct person who could fix the problem, which I had tried to do for three hours the previous day with no success, but Jeff was able to do it and get it done. He knows the insurance business and helped get a solution to our problem. It was not really his job to do this, but he was more than willing to give us his time. Jeff is very calm and very professional when dealing with the insurance companies. I would highly recommend Jeff to all my friends and family for their insurance needs when transitioning to Medicare.
