Administration is extremely unprofessional and the value of what you get (or more so what you don't get) isn't worth the price.

Don't do it. The teachers are sweet and all but the overall experience and lack of cohesive management makes this a waste of time and money. Don't waste your efforts.

I was so nervous sending my daughter for the 1st time to school she attends their pre school program but in meeting with Deanna who gave me the tour I felt much better she was/is ALWAYS so helpful and caring and will go above and beyond for parents and has for me,  Then there are my daughter's teacher  miss Ashley who is beyond patient loving  and extremely devoted to her job which truly means alot to me as a parent then there is miss Erica who is one of the kindest souls I've ever met and has a rare ability to calm any child and you can see how much she loves all her students Before my daughter leaves school every day she gives both of her teaches a hug and says I love you to me that means everything because these two amazing teachers do not treat these children as students they treat them as if they are family Before attending school my daughter was extremely shy and quiet she still is a little shy but  After attending launch and learn she has come out of her shell and has a confidence I haven't seen before and LOVES going to school every day and ADORES her 2 teachers also the administrators are ALWAYS willing to answer concerns questions and very quick to respond to anything you need Emily and Jess have too been great  If you want to send your child to day care and a preschool that feels like family and truly cares and loves  your children this is the place I cannot recommend this place enough it's amazing and I'm so thankful that my daughter attends and will be so sad in the fall when we have to leave for kindergarten my daughter "wishes she could stay there forever"
