Property manager Ken Nuti is a poor representation of professionalism, and dictates your rights as a tentate at Old Medford Highschool. There have been multiple incidences with his behavior, and if you are to confront him on it, he will argue with you, and/or either hang up on the phone with you. To describe what I mean, here is a situation that happened recently... A friend of mine, who had a work truck, parked in my assigned spot, which was fine because I allowed him to. My friend was here for close to a half hour, and when it was time for him to leave he checked his phone and saw that someone left him a voicemail about towing his truck. When my friend went outside, the truck was still there ,however certain work documents were missing. My friend called the person back and it was KEN NUTI. Ken argued with my friend over the phone, and told my friend he was going to call the cops, but all my friend wanted was his paper work back and he would be on his way, but Ken gave him a hard time,and this is well after he moved his truck. Soon Ken came out and gave him back his paper work, but then proceeded to argue with me... Kens words were, “I was trying to help you, why didn’t you tell me you had a friend over?” I’m sorry but I don’t need to tell Ken any such thing, what if it were my truck? Then I told him,” You don’t help by getting into someone’s truck and taking there things.” And this is what he said word for word, “ I was a driver for many years, I can do what ever I want!” I think that would take any one for surprise of what he just said.... If your looking to lease, look somewhere else, Multiple people here have complaints about the property manager but due to his tight connection with the owner of the property, your complaints will be heard from one ear out to the other.
