P Neupane CPA PC

My experience with this CPA firm, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I contacted P Neupane CPA PC for filing our taxes. We were initially connected with a lady named Reshma, who setup a virtual call with the main guy. During our hour-long consultation, we provided detailed information about our income, expenses, and tax filing history, and shared all necessary documents. However, a few weeks before the tax filing deadline, we received a call from the CPA stating that he will not be able to file our taxes, essentially leaving us stranded. This lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing, to say the least. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the situation by using TurboTax. Despite our negative experience, my husband, being a forgiving person, decided to give this firm another chance a few days ago. We were once again in contact with Reshma, who gladly scheduled a consultation for us. She inquired about our tax situation and confirmed that it is a straightforward case. When my husband expressed concerns about the previous incident and requested assurance that it wouldn't happen again, Reshma's response was dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she claimed that it happened because our tax situation was complicated. This contradicted her assessment from 5 minutes ago. Reshma's attempts to defend the firm by making random claims indicated that this group lacked integrity and accountability. She confirmed this today by canceling our appointment because apparently the CPA is not taking new clients. Overall, my encounter with this CPA firm has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had.
