RE150

I've lived at RE150 for six years and couldn't be happier. From maintenance, to location, to...pretty much everything! It's a great place to be! Pros -Management team and staff-They are all incredibly friendly and are there for whatever you need! Kathleen, the Asst. Property Dir, in particular, does a fantastic job and they are lucky to have her! -Maintenance-Whatever the issue they are there quickly to get it fixed and it gets done right. -Location-So close to the T, Boston and 93, it's easy to get wherever you want, quickly. -Grounds-So quiet there and beautiful grounds right at Rivers Edge Park. If you have a dog, there isn't a better place to be. Cons -None!!

Read this before thinking of moving in here. Written May 2023. If you lived here 3 years ago, why are you writing a review now? This place is completely different smh. Everything was great until about 3 months ago, February 2023. - Construction came in and found structural issues with ALL balconies of this complex. So they physically boarded up ALL balconies here. The construction is endless, with literally no end in sight, perfect time for the summer months! - Pool and other outdoor amenities are all CLOSED until further notice due to all of the construction, again, perfect timing for summer. - I am paying $3k+ for a 650sq ft 1 bedroom apartment with a closed balcony, no pool, or outdoor amenities. - They graciously gave me 100$ for the balcony inconvenience. How kind. - Unless you like constant construction outside your window ALL day, then this is not the place for you. Do yourself a favor and stay away. What a complete waste of money.

Great apartment complex in an ideal location! Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby, as its only 5 mins Assembly Row, Malden Center and Gateway Center (Everett). Its a clean and spacious property! The parking garage and amenities are top notch! Mark is a very kind and knowledgeable property manager! He remembers your name, always says hello and greets you and your family. The entire team is extremely helpful and responsive when you need them. I would definitely recommend this community for singles and families!

Very quiet, nice neighborhood and feeling safe.Not impressed with management and front desk.I have sent out many emails during my first two weeks here and noone got back to me. Not sure if there are enough people working in the office to accommodate the large amount of residents here. I am very unhappy living in my unit, as I face the court yard. I am finding i am definitely a city girl and need to see people walking by, cars and fire trucks driving by and just seeing the outside world! Maintenance is unbelievable! Quick and here within the day of my request. Would love to move to an apartment facing LIFe on the outside, however I am not going to start from square one with the leasing, paying fees and gathering all my paperwork again as I have been notified that would have to happen. I just moved in Sept 1st. They do not make it an easy and accommodating for the tenants to make so a move. Really a deal braker!
