Worker in company truck aggressively drove behind us then rolled window down and made rude comments in the company truck. Very childish look for company.

I had this company drain my irrigation system last fall. This spring I turned the water on and found one of my copper pipes cracked from freezing this past winter. The knob on the copper pipe was closed. I called the company up and they told me someone else must have have closed the valve which caused the pipe to freeze and crack. There was no reason for me to hire another company to drain my irrigation system after Holmes and Sons Irrigation already charged me and completed the job. This company takes no responsibility for their careless mistakes. I would not recommend using this company for anything. Now I have to pay a plumber to fix their negligent work. I paid to have the pipes drained so the pipes wouldn't freeze. The company basically blamed me and said I or someone else turned the knob shut. After I hired them I never touched the irrigation system until the spring. I will never use them again.

Matt and his crew arrived and got the job done flawlessly! They even had to dig under my walkway and didnt disturb it all! Also took the time to explain how to use the system and the rain sensor! I would highly recommend them!! Service: Plumbing fixture installation
