Very bad experience here. I was made very uncomfortable by one of the managers, shes short and has long blonde hair. She was being rude and disrespectful to her employees making passive aggressive remarks to another worker this made me extremely uncomfortable. While I was shopping in the kids clothes, I saw her going on her phone which is extremely unprofessional. Then when I went to go check out it was very clear that she made the woman at the register very uncomfortable and sad. I feel terrible for the workers that have to deal with this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manager.

Terrible experience !! Will not come again. The Manager Marlen was SUPER rude . I needed help and she was too busy watching videos on her phone as I saw her many times . She also on the phone in the fitting rooms as I tried going in there just to not help the customers out. She was also very rude and disrespectful towards her employees as well. It was not a nice thing to see . Marlen was not a helping manager at all while I was there . Very rude person !

I bought pants for my husband for Christmas but unfortunately it was the wrong size. The pants didnt have a tag on it when I bought it so the sales clerk rung up similar pants that were the same cost. Well, when I went to exchange for a larger size, I needed a receipt per store policy. I gave them the receipt but the number on the pants didnt match because different style pants were rung up. So the manager said she couldnt help me although it was bought at that store and rung up by her staff. So now I have size 32/32 mens if anyone wants it. Horrible. If theyre only going to take receipts then they should train their staff to ring up the same EXACT item when there are tags missing. Corporate really needs to step it up. Makes since that they have an F on better business bureau

I recently had an issue with my gift cards at the H&M store at Solomon Pond Mall, Marlborough,MA. The manager , Marleen went above and beyond to help me out with the gift card problem. She was on phone with the customer service for a long time to resolve the issue. Thank you very much Marleen.

The manager is really really bad . She doesnt care about customers with the way to solve the problem. Bad experience in Marlboro
