First told us our appointment was at 2 but in fact we had a confirmation that said 2:20, showed up on time and were told the doctor couldnt see us, cause our appointment was at 2, then said that the doctor has an emergency and has to leave and we have to reschedule. So unprofessional and the 2 girls at the desk so very rude and very unprofessional. So angry! Forget this place there are plenty of good professionals that I will take my business to.

I received thoughtful and thorough guidance from Dr. John Whitney. Where I have some unique eye issues, the standard computer eye tests were not going to work on me. Dr. Whitney developed an eye prescription for me that should enable me to work on my computer much more comfortably and clearly. He is also taking the time to write an letter to my PC doctor concerning my eye issues. A+++

My appt started on time, I dealt with 3 individuals and they were very courteous and very competent. Great experience overall.

Got my glasses from LensCrafters and the right lens was always blurry. Finally, went back to LensCrafters and they said the lens matches the prescription and that I need to go to Jewell Eye to have it verified. Did that and Jewell Eye schedule an appt. a week later. Went the appt. as scheduled, then they said; a complete exam is required as it has been over a year. Now, last time I checked, a year has 12 months. Well, I went back to my previous appt. that I confirmed via email, it's 2 months short of 12 months. Although it's my fault for trying to get by with a bad prescription, they could've provide me the facts and not try to get another exam in. Once I get everything straighten out with them, I'm not going back to them and make sure my family doesn't either.
