The woman who attended us was very nice and pleased to help! She helped me and my husband notarize a document. It is not every place that offers this kind of service. We highly recommend Murphy Insurance!

I confess that I'm always suspicious of insurance companies and insurance agencies but I have to say that I have had nothing but excellent service and advice from customer service representatives at this agency. I currently have my auto insurance for 2 cars, homeowners insurance for my primary home and rental property, umbrella insurance and a term life insurance policy through this agency. I have always found the customer service representatives knowledgeable, friendly and willing to do the extra work to answer my questions and find the best deal for my needs. These folks have been so helpful that both of my adult children who don't even live in this area use Murphy Insurance for much of their insurance needs.
