Courtyard by Marriott Boston Marlborough

This hotel is under renovation. The coffee is not free. When you need the coffee, they are not open in the kiosk downstairs. Hot water is actually Lucke warm even if you let it run for 15 minutes. Front clerk was very anxious and we checked in. We requested rollaway bed for my granddaughter. However, the room itself was nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff are very good. It was just the lack of hospitality on the part of the front desk, people, and also the general manager of the entire hotel who scolded me when I went in to get coffee, even though it was after 11 AM, and she told me no unkind words to get out of there

Courtyard is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Marlborough. The location is excellent with convenient access to I-495, I-290 & I-90. Not only is it an easy drive to downtown Boston, it is also very easy to get to Worcester, Providence and Manchester from this location. However, this isn't just a hotel in a favorable location. Their staff is amazing. Jenn and Hailey at the front desk always greet me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. I feel like I am staying with friends. This hotel is always clean and the grounds are well maintained. I sense the staff here genuinely cares about their guest and strives to make my stay here the best. The only downside here is temporary, as this hotel is currently being renovated which should be completed soon. But, there is an upside to this as well...last time I stayed in a brand new room! The furniture was new, the shower was new, the bed was new, the air conditioner was new, the sink was new and the room even smelled "new". My last stay was a really nice experience as I enjoyed all the "new" very much. I highly recommend the Courtyard Marlborough for both a short term or a long term home away from home. Rooms: Brand new guestrooms! Fully renovated with tasteful/functional furnishings. Walk-in showers.

Cheaply built hotel. Highway noise pretty significant because windows looked like they were a cheap 1980's type. Mini-bar empty - Covid is over, time to restock.
