I love SPENGA so much! It gets me excited for every workout. I actually look forward to exercising (and waking up early!!) which had always been so hard for me. The format of spin, strength and yoga is the perfect combination of exercises. I leave the gym feeling so good about my body every time. I cant say enough good things about this place!!! :)

I always feel great when I leave and excited for my next class!!I love the format of the signature workout, I get everything I want in a workout in 1 hour. The instructors and staff are so nice and the facility is very clean. I always recommend SPENGA to my friends.

This is the class I was looking for! Perfect mix of cardio, strength and stretching...if you are looking to get a good, challenging exercise, this is the place. Warning...you will sweat. And then come back...:)

They were super friendly and personable when I ran in. They were very accommodating and threw me right into class. I love the up beat music and pace. I also loved that there was cycle strength and yoga. It was a great fast class due to changing through all three stations. 10/10 would definitely go back!
