Jeff was recommended to me by my loan officer, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to trust that recommendation at first. I ultimately decided to work with Jeff, and I'm glad I did. He knows the ins and outs of the realty business and was always willing to answer my questions. He sent me properties that popped up in my price range, but never tried to push a property on me like I experienced over and over in the rental market. He also looked at properties with a buyer's eye and let me know when he saw pros or cons. I would be happy to work with Jeff again in the future.

There are so many good things to say about Jeff. We had a very difficult time in the beginning of our house buying journey. Jeff joined us about halfway through when we changed our targeted locations and he was exactly what we needed: honest, available, and incredibly trustworthy. We made 7 offers before we found our dream home and I can honestly say that Jeff Wallace played a big role in that. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family anywhere in Massachusetts!!!

Jeff did an amazing job not only selling our house but referring us to a great realtor for our purchase in NH. Jeff showed a true Knowledge of the market presenting us with a strategy that worked exactly how he said it would. He was on top of each step keeping us fully informed and involved. Jeff even showed his true nature by taking our new puppy for a walk while we were at work. I mean come on!!!!! Highly recommend Jeff if youre looking for an agent to buy or sell!
