Yvette Glina, DDS, LLC

Dr. Glina was referred to me by word of mouth by two different people and she is amazing. Not only is she wonderful for ME (incredibly professional, welcoming and efficient) but she has my 3 year-old begging to go back to the dentist. He is incredibly difficult w doctors and I was very anxious bringing him to the dentist for the first time. We left with my son wanting to go BACK. She was fun, gentle and engaging in a way that made him trust AND enjoy her. Every time he drives by her office, he points it out w excitement and asks to go in. There is NOTHING that speaks more loudly than that!

Went in for a cleaning after being too scared to go into a dentists office since March 2020. Masks are required, I answered Covid-19 protocol questions, and they checked my temperature. From the technician to the receptionist to Dr. Glina herself, everyone was kind and accommodating, which left me feeling at ease throughout and having a downright enjoyable experience by the end. On the physical level, the office itself is very nicely decorated with classical music playing in the background, and at the station was a convenient cubby for my bag.

Dr. Glina is one of the rudest people Ive ever met. I visited this practice three times and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt every time she was cold, rude, and insulting to me as a patient. This most recent visit was off the charts. I referred my mom here and she switched dentists immediately. I called to ask her why and she said she had never been treated so poorly as a patient in her life. I am reconsidering driving the 90 minutes to see my former dentist who was exceptionally competent AND kind. As a business owner myself, I cannot even fathom treating my clients the way I was treated here. While Dr. Glina is unacceptable, the receptionist and hygienist are very sweet.
