great work i have had lots of work done by sluggers and they are the only guys i trust great price and the workers are there to get the job done RIGHT! YOU NEED GREAT WORK DONE GIVE THEM A CALL!

This is my first yelp review. I registered just so I could leave this review. I contacted this company  to give me a quote for a job and we agreed on a time. I actually delayed going in to work so I could meet with them. The contractor (Mark) I guess showed up before our appointment time and called my cell phone - I wasn't available and I returned his call as soon as I saw the missed call, which was still before the scheduled appointment time. He was very angry and said he had been at my house and called my phone but no one answered. When I apologized for not answering and mentioned that our appointment was not until 8:30am, he cut me off and didn't let me finish- he yelled "well your appointment time is now. Bye." I was floored- I tried calling him back and he ignored my calls.  Maybe he was just in a bad mood but being cordial and professional goes a long way. I have had service people show up to give me quotes for various jobs and never encountered such rudeness.After this fiasco, I sent an email to the person (Aldemira) I communicated with via email to set up the appointment, and this was the response:   Sluggers management and I want to apologize for all inconvenience this morning and this confusion, the contractor and I tried calling this morning to let you know he was coming earlier because he had to be at a site earlier this morning. I will address this with him as well, Yes that was very unprofessional.  We can have someone else come out if you like this weekend with a set time. Again sorry for for starting your morning this way.Based on another review, and the Yelp description below, I have come to realize that Mark is the owner, which is very unfortunate- you would think an owner would have better customer service acumen. If he wanted to come earlier and couldn't get a hold of me, wouldn't the normal thing to do is let me know that when we spoke on the phone (or leave a voicemail when he called initially) and ask to reschedule for another day? Needless to say, I decided to go with another company. Hopefully anyone reading this review who decides to use them will have better luck with him.
