You have this listed as a cell phone store, which it is not Verizon and Verizon wireless, which are almost separate entities where this store only handles your cable, internet, fax, or land lines. You have to provide your account number, or you can not be helped. This was not a good experience.

The manager that helped on January 22 at 6pm is completely unprofessional. He didnt even let me speak and started to engage in a verbal altercation with me. When I first came to start service with Verizon I told the guy helping me not to add any insurance or anything else on the service. He did add as much as he could. Today the manager was blaming the system, computes and anything he could blame to avoid any responsibility for their mistakes. They didnt explain that Verizon phone service and Wi-Fi service was a different billing service. Today I told him that I should know from the beginning but non of the agents told me that and he had more excuses for that. It was like talking to a kindergartener kid.

One of the reps helped me add more phone lines to add two friends . The hidden charges come surprisingly in the bill, I went to them for help, and the person stated that they don't do the billing, they only screw u up with messy bill. I called Verizon611 and told that I can return the device within 30days, I went there and I was told I can only return the devices within 14 days, they said its store policy. they are only a third party retailer who opens the accounts and do only sales!!! no customer service even if you open the account with them, they can only sell not help, they are only a retailer !!!!! and you are definitely number.
