        Susan ODay was our preparer. We were pleased but questioned her completed form. Sure enough, there was a mistake. An inaccurate payment was made and a refund was delayed. We understand mistakes can be made, but communication was poor afterwards. Susan took a whole day to respond to an email from us and then we waited again to get a response about an amendment. The office was also unable to help with a question about our online account. We will not return to this office.
