Kaitlin and Steve have been the absolute biggest helps with selling my familys home. Even after the sale of the house, Kaitlin has helped us tremendously! They were both VERY communicative, and always kept us involved in anything that happened. We sold fairly quickly and with their guidance along the entire way, Im confident we made the right decision in working with Martel Real Estate. When it comes time for me to buy a house, I will be returning for them.

Successfully purchased our first home through Martel Real Estate. Worked with Steve who walked us through the whole process from start to finish and was excellent. We made four offers and Steve was able to get each one in quickly, sometimes within a few hours. He was also diligent in getting feedback from the listing agent about our rejected offers which was hugely beneficial in helping gauge the market and what other offers were on the table. Working with Steve and Kate we were able to develop a strategy that allowed us to make strong offers in this competitive market and within just a few months were able to close on a home we were very happy with. 5/5 would recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kait Martel-Ghen and Martel Real Estate. Kait was a lifeline throughout the buying process in a daunting seller's market. We were continuously impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the business, and tireless work ethic. She was responsive, supportive and wasn't afraid to give us some tough love when we needed it. We looked at over 50 homes and Kait was there for the good, the bad and the ugly. She ended up finding the perfect house for us, in an incredible neighborhood, and she helped us negotiate for less than the asking price! In a sellers market with bidding wars driving prices well over asking, Kait worked her magic to keep us within our budget and secure a quick close on a great house. She was there for us every step of the way, answered all 27 million of our questions, made herself way too available, gave excellent advice based on her expansive knowledge of the business and was just amazing overall. Despite being incredibly busy, Kait made us feel like we were her only client and we can't thank her enough. We will definitely be recommending Martel Real Estate to friends and family who are in the market to buy or sell in the future!
