Everyone was nice, but it was a really slow service. Would not recommend.

No way. Can't believe they wouldn't replace my moldings or help me find them. Took my car somewhere else. Wouldn't ever recommend them. They booked appointments 2 times and never called me back to inform me I was on my own to replace moldings. That makes no sense. Horrible customer service. Waste of time.

My auto insurance uses Safelite AutoGlass as their glass claims representative. Safelite Clackamas took 3+ weeks to locate a door glass for my 90s Subaru, finally telling me to go find elsewhere and to install it on my own. I was told the reimbursement from my auto insurance company may also be denied due to their vendor acceptability policy. Very unprofessional considering it's a glass claims contractor for large insurance agency.

I had some hesitations on them using aftermarket glass on my car, and for good reason. The top corners were flexible, and the glass was not flush with the top of the car. 3 weeks later and I have another crack in my windshield. I feel they use an inferior product here. 4 years with no chips to my glass and then it happens so quickly after a replacement? Editing to add my partner was instructed to order specialty glass to this location as they couldnt source it for him from Japan. After going in circles with insurance needing confirmation that safelite would accept the delivery, they changed their story and said they could no longer accept the glass if they didnt order it.
