I was contacted by the representative within 1/2 hour after I made the phone call and left a message. He worked with me on getting an appointment time on my day off. On the day of the appointment, the representative called and said he could arrive earlier than the original appointment time. He performed preventive maintenance and replaced the rollers. My door is not old, just needed adjustments. He performed the maintenance quickly and was very professional. He was a very pleasant individual.

Dr Garage Door Repair crew were very professional, did great work, were flexible, timely, and cleaned EVERYTHING up. They even swept the sidewalk afterwards, which my neighbor noticed and appreciated. I will use them again in the future garage door repairs and installation services
