BUYER BEWARE I searched online found a local alteration shop and took a few items there.  I was provided with a slip with the cost of the service. Also the day for pickup. I returned on pickup day my items hadn't been touched I was pissed but patient. I came back almost a week later paid and took items home to try on. 2 items were loose only on the shoulders. So I brought it back and tried on in there fitting room. They had to refit me.  They gave me another slip no price on it. Just said ok come back in a week. I returned my item was not bagged. Then he told the girl to charge me a fee. I said FOR WHATTTTT!!!! He had a nerve to charge me again for the fixing something that he didn't get right the first time. I refuse to deal with SCAM ARTISTS. Is he crazy... charging me 2xs and the work was not perfect. And I had to wait for so long for him to do the work over 2weeks because the day promised the work was never finished. I'm going to give him a good lesson on how social media works in USA. I'm spreading the news to my followers. Never do business here. He is not a typical cleaners/alteration shop. BUYER BEWARE!!! You have been warned.

I go here all the time but last time I went the employee said my shirt will be ready in 3 days. I go for pick up & he says it's not ready. He didn't even start it. He tells me to come back a different day. I go back & it is still not ready the second time. He tells me he was busy & tells me to come a different day again. Third time I go in & the shirt is half way finished. I said give me my shirt I will not keep going back & forth with promise dates! Horrible!! Don't waste my time telling me it will be ready each time but it was never ever ready or finished. Be honest with promise times!!!

They were able to complete my items early for me before I went out of town.

They did a sucky job on an alteration On a expensive piece of clothing. Didn't fix it, didn't apologize nor did they offer a refund.  Will never use them again.Female attendant's attitude, also sucked.
