        Upset that I have taken my children out of school multiple times and have also taken off work to get to the appointment and am turned away due to not confirming an appointment. One of my kids have not had her routine braces check up for about a year since I keep getting turned away. Her treatment plan keeps getting extended and has been with her braces for over 3 years. There is always an issue every time I go to the appointments. I will be seeking service elsewhere.

        Im so happy i came across the manager and Alexandra one of her secretaries was a blessing in disguise the way she went out of her way to help me in a situation i was having with one of the doctors was incredible she basically helped fix the situation into a positive outcome and i will forever be thankful!!

        They never answer the phone at the front desk. Its unprofessional and Its annoying when youre trying to get an appointment set up, and you cant. Even when its 7 people in the front NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE
