I worked with Ruben and his team to de-lead our new house. Ruben was responsive and provided me a detailed estimate within 48 hours of sending him my lead report. The house needed slightly more work than described and they did the additional work for no extra charge. His team started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and they provided the lowest quote I received. All of the paint was stripped well and the wood was ready to re-paint, with no mess from the stripping jobs. They stripped and repainted our entire garage and the paint job was excellent. The team was professional and did excellent work. I would work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs de-leading done.

I needed deleading work done and a dozen windows replaced in my house, and these guys gave me the lowest estimate - the project manager was very professional, and the window/deleading work was all done well. The problem was the painting after scraping and replacing windows, which was done the next day after they took up the deleading protective precautions: the painting itself was so rough on the window sills that it needed to be scraped off and repainted, and during the process of painting, the painter dripped tons of tiny white droplets of paint all over the antique hard-wood floors, and ground mud into the carpet in one room, staining it so badly that it needed to be replaced. Overall, adequate work, but taught me not to take the lowest bid, and I would never recommend them due to the damage they did to my floors in the last, presumably easiest step of the process. I have hired Bay State Environmental Services for over 5 years for multiple painting projects. I've always found the staff to be professional, courteous, and punctual while showing great attention to detail! My wife has her own design business and has also hired Bay State Environmental for her home renovation projects. She has been more than pleased with their work. We highly recommend them!

Very professional and high quality workmanship. Omar and his crew painted the exterior of my house and their pride in their work shows. They were very consistent and professional in the whole process of the job, started on the day scheduled and finished on the estimated day. Omar even made sure to inspect the job at the end. If you are looking for a top notch painting company, look no further. Bay State did quality workmanship on the exterior of my home. The owner, Omar, is wonderful to work with, prompt and professional from start to finish. His crewman were very respectful and hardworking. I noticed how happy they seemed, which to me is a sign that the owner has integrity and runs his business well. I received an email from Omar the evening they finished as a follow-up which is a very rare thing. I will have them back again to do further work and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
