        Today, April 5, I had the worst experience with the manager, who was very bad at customer service and rude to those who work there. Maybe no one says anything for fear of losing their job, but it is the worst.

        If I could give 0 stars I would. Im here on a Wednesday, not even a payday, been here waiting for 45 minutes for a notary. Place is trash. Do not bank here. Im trying to close my account by the end of the year. Do yourself a favor and dont come here.

        Every time I go in to a branch to fix a problem I get the run around or there's nothing they can do. If I go into another bank, like Eastern Bank, that bank would tell you exactly what you need without making you jump through hoops to accomplish your goals. Eastern bank would also fix a mistake they did.
