Took my car there as it was recommended by the insurance. When I picked the car up my sunglasses that were on the dashboard and my sleeping bag that was in the backseat were missing. I called within 5 minutes of getting the car from the shop (always have sunglasses on while driving) and the answer was the manager himself cleaned the car and these items were not in the car. If you go there remove everything from your car. Service: Body & Trim

Customer service was okay, they repaired the damage to my back door looks like new. What i deeply disliked was that they caused issues within my car that had nothing to do with what they were repairing and my vehicle is quite new, being that its year 2023. The passenger door would not unlock and when i brought it back they attempted to pull the handle four times for it to open and looked at me stating they see nothing wrong when it should have opened as soon as it was unlocked. Further more after that time my car kept shutting down, needing a boost to restart after every shut off. it turns out they may have replaced my battery with a messed up battery or left my car running the whole FOUR WEEKS it was in the shop. The battery was completely dead and i had to pay for a replacement, i barely had the car and barely drove it, it being only at 4000miles. So ill only give it two stars but never will i come back or recommend it to anyone.
