        Only good thing I can say is he will come out right away. 4 service calls in less than a year for the same repair is unacceptable. We called Hamid to fix our washer machine as it wouldnt do anything when pressing start. Hamid fixed it telling us it was a control board issue from being in a cold basement. Didnt make sense as our basement is finished/heated and most washer machines are in the basement anyway. We trusted him and paid the $260. 4 months later, same issue. Charging $180. Asked for a garuantee /warranty this time which he guaranteed his work for 3 months. Less than 3 months later we have the same issue and he tried charging $120 this time. Like a bad mechanic, hell find a way to keep your business coming.

        Worked on the appliance, was able to find the a quick fix but something was still wrong with the machine. I called him back but never heard back from him. He gave me a feeling like i was bothering him so just went and bought another machine.

      Hi, we replaced the electronic board over a year ago, and I advised your mom to keep the basement worm. When she called for the second time I found the board frozen. So I fixed for her. This time you did called & like you said I came the same day I found the same problem frozen board. I fixed it and I asked for $86 for my time you refused to pay it and I forgives you, you gives me a bottle of water & I left you happy with a free service, I dont deserve one start from you.Thank you any way.
