When another (very big) company broke my septic cover and did not get back to me about replacing it, CLEAN SEPTICS of Ludlow came to the rescue. Shannon had us take a picture to show their expert, and within a day I had a brand new cover at a very reasonable price! Local is always better... I wish I had made sure the other company was local - as opposed to national and too big to care. Ludlow Clean Septics is my Company from now on! Let's hear it for local companies that care!! Clean septic is the way to go for any and all septic issues. They pumped our tank in a fast and efficient manner. They also helped us install a riser to bring the tank cover to just below grade. A special thanks to Joe and Richie. Those two workers were extremely informative, and walked me through each and every step so I understood the proces. Clean septic is A+++ all the way. Thank you
