Slate Roof Repair LLC

I have a large Tudor with an expansive slate roof and three considerable chimneys. In response to signs of water over the last few years in the interior walls and ceilings along the chimney stacks, I contracted with Slate Roof Repair LLC to restore the flashing around all chimneys and repair any problem slates. The job was paused during a two-day rainstorm, and I was disappointed to find leaks in two areas that had been upgraded. A company representative showed up immediately to assess the situation and, when the precipitation stopped, the crew methodically and efficiently examined all potential causes and effected further repairs. Their determination was impressive. They even drenched the subject areas with a water hose from a lift to "double check." I am confident that the extra effort was successful. Plus, they have given a satisfactory warranty, and it is clear to me that they keep their promises. This company is experienced and committed. All representatives were professional and treated this project as if it were their own house. I recommend Slate Roof Repair, LLC with an enthusiastic "thumbs up."

Awesome team of knowledgeable, professional men who worked hard all day. Kept me informed along the way with the details of what they needed to do, and why. Made sure I was in agreement before proceeding with any changes. Did not over charge me for their time. Even came out on a cold winter day !!
