I had an issue with one of my garage doors not closing. I called Overhead Door at 2PM and they had technicians at my house in about an hour! Matt and Tyler diagnosed the issue within minutes, fixed it and were done within about a half an hour. Great experience!!

Our experience with Overhead Door was excellent from office staff to installers. We had our garage doors totally replaced last week by Steve D. and he was awesome! He was extremely meticulous with the work he does from install to clean up when he was finished. Steve was very professional and cared about the work he was doing even after 20 plus years of service and he was great to talk with also. Thank you Overhead Door and Thank You Steve, we are so happy with our new doors and would recommend you guys to anyone who asked.

Had a great experience with this company. Our custom door got banged up and they came out quickly and got it up and running and ordered the parts to replace it. They came out right when the parts came in and installed an automatic opener as well. Fast, quick, and reliable business and would recommend them to anyone! Tyler and Matt did a great job and Dan did a great job of arranging everything the whole way

Steve D. of Overhead Door Co. of Pioneer Valley responded same day for service on power head components. He was personable, pleasant, helpful and professional. He even programmed the remotes and keypad. Then he gave me a tutorial and walked me through the process for future reference. It was enjoyable seeing Steve again as he did the original installation on our garage rebuild. Cuddles to Steve. Excellent service! Thanks from Jim Higham, Homeowner.
