This was my first experience having to deal with a homeowners claim & significant water damage & mold. My small bathroom was almost a complete GUT job. The 1st team I encountered was the Demo Team. They were very open & easy to work with. Communication was easy and everyone that worked on the project was friendly, respectful & cared about the work they did and respected my home. The next team that came in was the Rebuild. The project MGR was Fantastic & the contractor that was used who rebuilt my entire bathroom, completed electrical, plumbing, painting and ALL drywall & finish work!!! Everyone was AMAZING especially during this very stressful time. I 100% would recommend this service/company to anyone in need. ~ ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Thanks to ALL the Guys!! These guys are crooks. Prepare to be double charged, have your personal property damaged and have functioning electrical outlets wrecked or covered. These guys didn't finish the job, were completely unresponsive to numerous calls. I guess they just have too much business. 9 months later and still waiting for them to finish the job they started. Amazing guys! They saved our home! We had a pipe fail in an upstairs bathroom which flooded the upstairs bathroom and bedroom and very quickly made it down to the rooms below and down to the basement. I called Servpro in Lowell, who responded immediately and was at my home in 30 minutes. Within the first 24 hours, they were able to reduce the water and moisture levels significantly. In the days that followed, they continued working hard and the result was that all moisture levels had returned to normal with very minimal final damage. Had it not been for their quick response, experience, attentiveness, and attention to detail, the outcome would have been very different. From the people in the office answering the phone, to the project leader and team, they are all professional, clean, pleasant, and respectful. In such a disastrous time, they were all very kind and empathetic. Alan, Jose, and the rest of the team kept me informed of their assessments and plans, which greatly helped eliminate most of the stress of the situation. I am truly grateful.
