        Last year I has a great experience with one of the guys doing my taxes. Extremely nice and professional and went out of his way to make sure to get the exact amount that I was owed. From federal and state great service they give. Also answered all my questions and gave good advice and understood my responses to his feedback.

        I always have a great experience when I go to Jackson Hewitt and this time was no exception it was excellent everyone was so wonderful to me the woman that works at the desk when you walk, in she is amazing!!! I don't know how to say or spell her name it starts with an M.. then I was sat with Jerrica and Dianna they were both great they explained everything to me real well and it was pretty quick too. Then I left and later on I received a phone call from Jerrica we missed something and ken was nice enough to help me rectify the issue he made it super easy and then I was on my way again I recommend anyone who is wondering if they should come to Jackson Hewitt to just go ! they will take care of you! It is worth it especially to know that you are taken care of if anything does happen they will help you with any issues with your refund so again I absolutely recommend this Jackson Hewitt they are so nice here and I was a walk in and they accommodated me even though they were a bit busy so thankyou to everyone there that took the time to help me do my taxes yesterday I appreciate you have a wonderful year everyone
